CARAVANS TO SAN FELIPE FROM EL CENTRO, CALIFORNIA:

El Dorado Ranch leads a caravan every Wednesday from El Centro, CA to San Felipe. For those who have never been to San Felipe or who may be a bit apprehensive about crossing the border, these self drive caravans offer you great comfort knowing that you will be travelling with a number of other fellow travellers. An El Dorado Ranch employee will escort you from El Centro across the border and all the way to San Felipe. The meeting area is Desert Trails RV Park (Tele: 760.352.7275). Exit at 4th Avenue (Hwy. 86) off of Hwy. 8. Go south on 4th Avenue. At the first intersection make a left - Desert Trails is 1/4 mile down on your right. Meeting time is 9:00 am in front of the reception area. Mexican Insurance must be purchased in advance of meeting the Caravan. You can purchase your insurance by calling El Dorado Ranch's number (877.787.2624) or ordering Mexican Auto Insurance through El Dorado Ranch's secured online store. If arriving late, Mexican Insurance is available at the Mobile Station at the corner of 4th Street and Wake, just one block west of the Desert Trails meeting place.
